Dr. Javier A. Mulero

D.V.M. - Medical Director

Dr. Mulero is a dedicated veterinarian with over 40 years of experience in the field of veterinary medicine. Originally from Gurabo, Puerto Rico, he graduated Cum Laude from the Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo in 1981. In pursuit of new opportunities, he moved to Florida in 1989 and began his career as a mobile veterinarian, providing compassionate care to animals in need.

Over time, Dr. Mulero developed a deep appreciation for the Saint Cloud community, leading him to establish his first permanent practice, Osceola County Animal Hospital, in 1997. Since then, he has been a trusted provider of veterinary care, known for his expertise and dedication to his patients and their owners.

Dr. Mulero has been happily married to Evelyn Mulero for nearly 30 years, and together they share a love for animals, including their two beloved pets—a French Bulldog named Lucas and a Schnauzer named Lola. In his free time, he enjoys traveling in his RV, immersing himself in historical novels, and watching crime series. His passion for animals, strong work ethic, and commitment to his community continue to make him a respected and valued figure in the veterinary field.

Dr. Lissette R. Esteban

D.V.M. - Associate Veterinarian

Dr. Esteban hails from Puerto Rico and spent six years in Iowa, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Zoology with a Minor in Chemistry from Iowa State University. She holds a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (D.V.M.) degree specializing in Small Animal Medicine and brings 34 years of experience to her practice. Outside of her professional endeavors, Dr. Esteban enjoys reading, gardening, and traveling.


Mrs. Julie Aldebol

Practice Manager

Julie has been an integral part of our team since 2021, bringing her skill set and dedication to the development and implementation of our clinic’s operations. With over a decade of experience as a Veterinary Technician, she has a deep passion for animal care and thrives on building strong relationships with both pets and their owners.

Julie’s ultimate goal is to provide exceptional medical care to pets in need while leading a compassionate, knowledgeable team that shares her vision. Her commitment to excellence and teamwork makes her a valuable asset to our clinic.

Outside of work, Julie enjoys soaking up the sun at the beach, paddleboarding, and exploring new destinations through travel. She is also a devoted pet parent to her beloved thirteen-year-old fur baby, Roscoe.


Ms. Michelle M. Cassidy

Practice Manager

Michelle was born in Texas and raised in an Air Force household, which provided her with the opportunity to travel and experience different cultures around the world. She lived in Okinawa, Japan, for a period and spent a summer in Hawaii with her father and brother. Michelle holds two Associate's Degrees: one in Web and Graphic Design and another in Medical Billing. She has also studied Business Management at Valencia College. Additionally, Michelle has training in Permanent Make-up, Facial Specialization/Esthetics, Body Wrapping, and is a skilled Make-up Artist.

With a deep passion for animals and art, Michelle enjoys pursuing her artistic endeavors as both a hobby and a side business in her free time. She is a proud mother to her daughter, Aaliyah, and shares her home with a Chinese Crested Yorkie named Mimi, a cat named Snickers, and a Crested Gecko named Benito.

Michelle has over 30 years of experience in the veterinary field, starting at the age of 10 when she began assisting her stepfather and mother. Throughout her career, she has taken on a variety of roles, including kennel cleaning, facility maintenance, assisting in cesarean sections in the mobile vet van, filing, answering phones, making appointments, and providing support wherever needed in the clinic. Michelle is dedicated to ensuring every client and patient feels welcome and valued, always striving to make a positive impact in the lives of the animals she cares for.


Mr. Michael Cassidy

Administrative Assistant - I.T. Technician

Michael is a seasoned professional with a diverse skill set spanning computers, customer service, and the audiovisual industry. With over five years of dedicated service at Narcoossee Animal Hospital, he has been an invaluable asset in ensuring seamless operations. His passion for animal care began early, having volunteered at Saint Francis Animal Hospital during his youth.

As an administrative assistant, Michael plays a crucial role in maintaining system efficiency and financial accuracy. His sharp problem-solving abilities, coupled with a knack for bringing humor into the workplace, foster a positive and collaborative environment.

Outside of work, Michael is an avid reader, traveler, and writer, always seeking new experiences and knowledge. He prioritizes fitness, often enjoying bike rides or long evening runs, sometimes accompanied by his energetic husky, Zero. Whether unwinding with a compelling book or film, he embraces a well-rounded lifestyle that balances intellect, adventure, and well-being.

Most importantly, Michael is a devoted father, cherishing the time spent with his son and creating lasting memories together.


Mrs. Amy Tacey

Veterinary Technician

Amy is from Savannah, Georgia, and is married with two wonderful children. She is also the proud owner of two Screech Owls, six Falcons, a Boxer, and a Boston Terrier. Amy enjoys spending time outdoors, going to the beach, riding jet skis, socializing with family and friends, playing cornhole, and attending concerts.

Amy holds a Veterinary Technician degree from Penn Foster and has also completed two years of study at Seminole State College. With 31 years of experience as a Veterinary Technician, she is deeply passionate about her work. Amy has a particular interest in surgeries and is dedicated to ensuring the well-being of her patients. Whether monitoring vital signs or offering comfort and reassurance, she is always present to care for your fur babies during their procedures.


Ms. Ashanti Negron-Santiago

Veterinary Technician

Ashanti was born in Puerto Rico and has spent most of her life in Florida. She is the proud owner of a white Maltese named Chiki, who enjoys napping, and a Golden/Labrador mix named Milo, who is incredibly friendly. Ashanti has a deep love for the beach, which she considers her safe place, and enjoys reading and expanding her knowledge about animals, a passion she holds dearly. She is also skilled at jet skiing and has a talent for making delicious French toast.

Ashanti completed a dual enrollment course to become a Certified Veterinary Assistant and graduated high school with honors. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology and is dedicated to caring for animals, ensuring that every pet receives the attention and care they deserve.


Ms. Patricia Perez

Veterinary Assistant

Patricia is a Veterinary Assistant and is currently enrolled in Veterinary Technician school, working towards earning her certification as a Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT). Her long-term goal is to become a traveling CVT, allowing her to combine her passion for animal care with her desire to explore the world and make a global impact on animal welfare. 

Born in Puerto Rico, Patricia lived there for 12-13 years before relocating to Orlando, Florida, where she has resided ever since. At 23 years old, she lives with her parents and her beloved dog, Milo, a poodle mix who she considers her soul dog.

Patricia is passionate about outdoor activities and enjoys exploring new places, visiting farmers' markets, going to the beach, and watching sunrises and sunsets whenever possible. She is an avid reader, loves to travel, and prioritizes staying active by going to the gym. She believes in the importance of spending time outdoors to refresh and recharge.

She holds an Associate of Arts degree in General Studies and is currently pursuing an Associate of Science degree in Health Sciences and Veterinary Technology at St. Petersburg College. Patricia has been a valuable member of the team at Narcoossee Animal Hospital for two years, where she has gained hands-on experience and knowledge from her supportive coworkers, supervisors, and doctors. She is deeply grateful for the opportunity to begin her career at this hospital and looks forward to continuing to grow professionally.


Ms. Aaliyah M. Robles-Cassidy

Client Services Specialist

Aaliyah is a native of Kissimmee, Florida. She is the proud owner of a dog named Mimi, a cat named Snickers, and a Crested Gecko named Benito. Aaliyah enjoys a variety of activities, including singing, reading, going on walks, spending time with friends and family, dancing, playing basketball, and traveling.

Aaliyah graduated with honors from Bishop Moore High School and holds an Associate’s Degree from Valencia College. She is currently pursuing a degree in Nursing, with plans to become a Nurse Practitioner in the future. Passionate about animals, Aaliyah is dedicated to ensuring that both clients and patients feel comfortable and well cared for during their appointments.


Mrs. Michelle Knothe

Client Services Specialist

Michelle is a resident of Kissimmee, FL, and is married with two cats, C.C. and Josephine, and two dogs, Marlie and Maggie. She enjoys traveling to the mountains of Blue Ridge, Georgia, and has a strong appreciation for P!nk’s music. A lover of the color purple, Michelle finds relaxation at home with a glass of wine. A Disney enthusiast at heart, she cherishes her experiences with Disney Cruise Lines.

In her free time, Michelle enjoys reading, singing karaoke, and exploring new cuisines. She holds an Associate of Arts degree in General Studies from Valencia College and is currently working toward an Associate of Science degree in Veterinary Technology at St. Petersburg College. With only five classes remaining, she is excited to soon complete her degree and continue her professional journey.


Mrs. Tiffany De Leon

Client Services Specialist

Tiffany was born in Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico, and relocated to Florida in 2014 after living in Arizona. She is married and has a German Shepherd, Zeus and Bella, a Morkie. In her free time, Tiffany enjoys reading and listening to music. She is an active member of her church and volunteers with the WeLoveU Foundation, a global organization founded by Zahng Gil-jah, where she assists with community cleanup efforts.

With eight years of experience in the veterinary field, Tiffany has always been passionate about animal care and educating pet owners on proper pet health practices. Bilingual in Spanish and English, she plans to further her education in specialty care to expand her knowledge and skills.
